1. Technical steps that lead to the conclusion of a contract
You have the option of viewing completed transactions such as orders, deliveries, etc. in your password-protected customer account at any time.

The following steps explain in detail how to place an order with us. Please read this statement carefully before purchasing.

You select items from our range without obligation.
Once you have found the product you want in our product range, you can add the product to your shopping cart without obligation by clicking on the shopping cart button, which is shown directly on the product.

View the contents of your shopping cart without obligation.
If you would like to view the contents of your current shopping cart without obligation, click on the shopping cart symbol, which is visible throughout your stay on our website and also shows you the number of products selected.

Delete shopping cart contents in whole or in part.
If you would like to change the quantity of a selected item, select the desired quantity using the pull-down menu provided. If you would like to delete items from your shopping cart, simply use the "delete symbol" to the right of the total for the respective item.

New customer registration and login to an existing customer account.
Once you have found all the items you want and put them in your shopping cart, you can continue the ordering process using the "Proceed to checkout" button. You can now log in with your customer details. If you do not yet have any customer data, you must click on the "New customer" button at this point. On the following page you can then create a personal customer account or continue the order by clicking on "I do not want to create a customer account".

Selection of delivery and payment conditions.
After successful registration, login or entering your data, you will come to the next page in the ordering process. Here you can select the delivery and payment method you want without obligation. After selecting the desired delivery and payment method, you will be shown the shipping costs incurred without obligation. You can change this at any time by selecting a different delivery and payment method again.

Specify a delivery address.
If the selected products are not to be delivered to your specified billing address, you have the option of specifying a different delivery address here.

Confirm order.
Clicking on the “Continue” button will take you to the confirmation page, where you can view all the details of your order again without obligation. All costs incurred will be shown to you here. If you want to make changes, you can use the "Back" button.
If you would like to complete the order, please read and confirm our terms and conditions.

Complete Order.
Once you have confirmed and checked all information, you can authorize us to carry out your order by clicking the “Send order” button.

Order successfully completed.
We will confirm that we have received your order on the following page. At this point you have the option to print out the order details. Shortly after pressing the “Send order now” button, you will also receive a confirmation that your order has been received to the email address specified in your customer account.

2. Electronic confirmation of the order
The buyer will receive confirmation of receipt of the order electronically immediately after receipt of the order.

3. Storage of the contract text by the entrepreneur (and the buyer)
The data required to process the contract between you and us is stored by us and is accessible to you at any time. In this respect, we refer to the data protection regulations in our general terms and conditions. During the ordering process, you have the option of saving the contract texts and instructions as a PDF file.

4. Detecting input errors and correcting them
You can identify any input errors when submitting your order during the final confirmation before checkout and correct them at any time using the delete and change function before sending the order.

5. Languages ​​available for concluding the contract
The language available for concluding the contract is exclusively German.
